CHERIGAN and THE DIFFERENT COMPANY have 90% to 99% natural components.
DO YOU REFILL PERFUME BOTTLES?
Several of our brands (THE DIFFERENT COMPANY, WIDE SOCIETY) offer refillable bottles.
You can order refills online or come to our Marais store with the empty bottle, we will be happy to refill them for you.
And if necessary, to replace free of charge any pumps or other components that may be damaged or broken.

100% French, independent brands, certified organic cosmetics, perfumes created by renowned composers, some using 100% natural and organic ingredients. We have selected independent and committed companies, driven by their creators.
What is a "consultation" in store?
Yoann, our perfume expert trained in the biggest houses, offers perfume and cosmetics consultations in store (approximately 45 min.) so that you can find the fragrance that suits you and the rituals adapted to your needs.
There is no automatic system; it is listening and time spent with you, the discovery of raw materials and Yoann's expertise that will allow you to discover your heart's fragrance.
DELIVERIES AND PAYMENTS
What payment methods are available?
You can use PayPal and traditional payment cards. All our payments are secure and your information is not stored.
How does courier delivery work?
Do you want to be delivered quickly (within a 2-hour window on the day of your purchase)? We offer a delivery service by 2-wheel courier for €5 in the following municipalities (Paris Intramuros, Boulogne-Billancourt, Clichy, Courbevoie, Levallois-Perret, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Puteaux, Saint-Ouen).
How do standard deliveries work?
Your products are handled by Colissimo and you will receive them within 3/4 working days following payment of the order.
PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
What if I want to return products purchased on the website?
You can return products purchased on our site within 14 days of your purchase under the conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of this site.
Specifically, no cosmetic products will be refunded for hygiene reasons. Perfumes are only refunded if the returned product is in perfect condition and unopened.

What are the opening hours of the store in Paris?
We welcome you from Monday to Saturday, from 12pm to 7pm.
Where is the LA STATION store located?
Our shop is located at 10 Rue Ferdinand Duval in the 4th arrondissement of Paris (between Rue des Rosiers and Rue du Roi de Sicile). The nearest metro station is Saint Paul Le Marais (50 meters).
IS PRIVATIZING THE SHOP POSSIBLE?
